Consultant Biography
Dr Skandhini Carthigesan specialises in all aspects of developmental paediatrics. She has widespread expertise in the assessment and management of infants, children and adolescents with developmental concerns, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning difficulties, developmental coordination disorder and cerebral palsy.
Having graduated from Leeds University, she trained in General paediatrics across teaching hospitals in London and undertook speciality training in Neurodevelopmental Paediatrics at Queen Elizabeth Children’s Hospital, Gt Ormond Street Hospital and The Middlesex Hospitals in London.
Dr Skandhini Carthigesan is on the NHS specialist register for Paediatrics and is fully accredited in paediatrics with subspecialty in Paediatric Neurodisability.
She is a Senior Lecturer, Imperial School of Medicine.
