We specialise in promoting natural and active birth methods and our classes encompass this philosophy. However, we do address alternative birth outcomes such as Caesarean Section.
We also offer advice and support on the use of complementary and alternative therapies for childbirth.
Our classes are designed to meet individual needs ranging from comprehensive one day, to condensed short courses.
