The London Urological Practice is based at the Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth and was established in July 2009 to care for the urological needs of patients in the St John's Wood, Hampstead and Golders Green areas. However, the practice continues to expand and offers urological service to patients from all areas of London. At London Urological Practice, we are committed to providing competent, state of the art urological care in a friendly and professional manner. Our strengths lie in the fact that we are able to offer rapid access, one stop diagnostic service in the field of urology and collaborate effectively with General Practitioners and local health care professionals. At London Urological Practice, we provide a full complement of adult urological care, with particular expertise in comprehensive stone disease treatment including lithotripsy, laser stone surgery and metabolic stone screening. Our expertise also includes Green Light Laser prostatectomy, Photodynamic blue light resection for bladder cancer and Andrology service.
Our rapid access, one stop prostate and haematuria assessment clinics ensures patients receive an appointment within 2 days of referral. This response rate is much faster than the 2 week appointment system offered to NHS patients with these urological problems. We also offer a rapid access urinary stone service.
