St John’s Hospice is the only independent Hospice serving central and north west London. Our specialist team provide a wide range of services designed to support those with terminal or life threatening illnesses, their families and friends. St Johns will help over 600 patients every year.
At St Johns, we focus on relieving symptoms and promoting independence. We provide a positive, safe and friendly environment in which people can embrace the challenges and opportunities life brings. Our patients can learn new skills, take up painting, enjoy the benefits of reiki and reflexology, or simply benefit from the peaceful and uplifting surroundings.

We offer a wide range of services including day care, residential care, Hospice at Home, community nursing, Children’s Bereavement Counselling and social work support. Our medical care takes the very best on conventional therapies and tried and tested complimentary therapies and combines the two into a cutting edge treatment plan, customised to meet the needs of every individual.

Without the generosity and commitment of our supporters, we could not continue to care for more than 600 patients every year in our day centre, residential unit, and in their own homes, or to support the friends and family of our patients.
