Hip Unit
The Hip Unit provides outpatient treatment and inpatient care by specialist in the treatment of hip disorders.
We have a number of specialists who specialise in conditions affecting the Hip, ranging from sports injuries through to fractures and we are one of the few hospitals offering hip arthroscopy. This service is available for people from 3 years to 103 years.
The Hip Unit operates a multidisciplinary team approach to diagnosis and treatment with expert surgeons working with musculoskeletal radiologists, physicians and our highly acclaimed physiotherapy team to provide the highest possible standards of care.
Inpatients are cared for in a dedicated orthopaedic unit with orthopaedic trained nurses.
