Allergy Skin Prick Testing
We offer a direct access Allergy Skin Prick Testing Service for general practitioners and their patients.
On arrival, patients will be asked to complete an allergy questionnaire and a physiologist will administer the allergy skin prick tests. These will cover common pollen, dust mites, animal, food and fungal spore allergens.
A report will be written by a consultant, based on the test results and the questionnaire. The report will be sent direct to the patient’s general practitioner or specialist.
Please note: Patients referred to this service will not be seen by the consultant.
