You must demonstrate significant experience in one of the above areas, evidence of continuing professional development and a relevant post registration qualification.
To be successful in this role you will assist and lead in the provision of care to patients. The role includes assessment, planning and evaluation of care for patients' following an agreed pathway. You will need excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams, support junior staff. colleagues and students to deliver the very best in patient centred care.
