The Paediatric Unit of the Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth is a well established paediatric service offering unsurpassed levels of care.
We are staffed by well experienced, qualified paediatricians and paediatric nurses from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday.
The Unit provides specialist paediatric healthcare services to children from birth to age 16 years. We care for a wide range of conditions and illnesses and are happy accept patients at short notice.
The Unit provides a supportive, secure and child friendly environment for comprehensive care for the child and family. We offer friendly, expert help from experienced specialists in baby and paediatric health.

Walk in paediatric emergencies, including trauma and acute illness, can now access our new urgent care centre - Casualty First. This is open 7 days a week from 08:00 - 20:00 weekdays and 10:00 - 18:00 weekends. This centre treats all adults and children from 1 year old.
