The Department of Pathology is a well equipped modern facility providing a comprehensive diagnostic service to all areas of the Hospital and to Consultants and GP’s, in London and the South East of England. The Pathology Department has full unconditional CPA accreditation.
The Phlebotomy (Blood Tests) Department is located on the first floor of Brampton House in the Outpatient Department and is available:
Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 8.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm.
The Department operates a walk-in service for all routine blood tests, and self referrals for a limited range of tests. Appointments are only necessary for specialised investigations.
If you are unsure about your test, please contact us for advice.
Domiciliary/home visits can also be arranged. This service is provided for patients who may find travel difficult, and can also save time before a consultant appointment.
