We require a Senior Catering Supervisor with a passion for delivering excellent service to assist in running our busy Catering Department. Duties include supervising staff and ensuring the smooth running of all day to day operations. The ideal candidate must have good customer service skills and IT skills, You will have the ability to be flexible and be highly motivated. Previous Supervisory experience in the hospitality industry and an interest in food are essential requirements. The working hours are 40 hours per week Monday – Friday, and occasional weekends.
